BIO

Griffon Singleton is a Portland, Oregon based audio engineer, A/V tech, and musician. Currently, he is studying Sonic Arts and Music Production at Portland State University, leading the Lincoln Hall AV Team and the audio-visual and graphic design needs for the Portland First United Methodist Church, combining his love of music and technology into live and recorded sound environments. He has provided consistent and A/V support and sound engineering through hundreds of productions, including small & large ensembles, solo artists, bands, college faculty and students, church services, forums, conferences, and other organizations. Sound engineering experience ranges from all genres including classical, rock, jazz, fusion, electronic music, bluegrass, songwriters and composers, opera, theater productions, and more. Having performed in multiple band settings including funk fusion and jazz combos, his experience playing piano, keyboard, synths, electric bass, guitar, and drums has solidified a foundation for playing and recording music, exploring new sounds that bridge genres together. His combined musicianship and technical ability provides great experiences not only for the audience, but also for the performers.
